Layered tweed hat [knitting pattern]

12:16 PM

I know it might seem weird showing a knit hat in the middle of July, but if you're like me you like to get a jump on your fall knitting projects! I layered 2 different yarns to create this tweed effect. This is a really easy hat to make and it can be completed in an evening!

Size US 13 knitting needles
Yarn- Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick  (1 Skein)

Red Heart Super Soft in Waterscape (1 skein)
Pattern-
Work both yarns at the same time

Rows 1-26: Work 26 rows in k2, p2 Rib.
Row 27 (Dec Row): *K2, p2, k2, p2tog; rep from * across row  Row 28: *K1, p2, k2, p2; rep from * across row.
Row 29 (Dec Row): *k2, p2tog, k2, p1; rep from * across row Row 30: *K1, p2; rep from * across row.

  5. Such an interesting combination! A winter cap and a summer! I like it! Your style is unusual, it`s significant for me. My best friend from elite writing services has got the same one. Maybe, that`s why I like it. I`ve just accustomed.
